We are seeking a talented Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Manager to add to our team at our Global Headquarters in Beachwood, OH. This position is a part of the IT team and a critical partner and project manager to the human resources function. The HRIS manager will be responsible for recommending and creating high impact systems and processes that help the HR organization fulfill its strategy. This position will have ownership of our global HR systems including Human Capital Management (Oracle), Time and Attendance (Kronos), Applicant Tracking (iCIMS) , Learning Management (Skillsoft), Reward and Recognition (Achievers) and Payroll (Ultipro).
