The Sales Manager is responsible for sales activity relating to a limited amount of specific accounts as assigned by the Sales Directors. The professional is responsible for total sales and account management for those customers with targeted account development. The Sales Manager is accountable for achieving annual sales plan targets, as well as providing total customer service as both the Outside and Inside sales representative to those accounts. In this role, the professional will assist in defining sales and business development strategies and securing new business through account development and product line growth. The ideal candidate will learn the fundamentals of our Sales group in order to grow into a Regional Sales position, which will require extensive travel and relocation in the future.
